Hydraulic manual stackers
Hydraulic manual stacker is a specific warehouse machine meant for cargo transportation and loading works. There are manually controlled (manual) and electrically controlled hydraulic manual stackers. The first type is more popular because of the affordable price (in comparison with the loader or electrically controlled stacker) and functionality. Therefore it would be a perfect solution for warehouses with a low cargo flow (30-40 pallets per shift), as well as for operations related to delivery trucks. Besides, the technical servicing of the manual Hydraulic manual stackers does not require additional expenditure.
The hydraulic system of the manual hydraulic manual stackers is equipped with hydraulic foot drive or combined (foot and hand) drive, therefore the appliance’s lifting capacity varies from 500 to 2000 kg (at the lifting height of up to 3 m)
One of the major advantages of the manual hydraulic stacker is its simple operation, therefore it is not necessary to train the staff beforehand. The operator carries out the task (lifting, transferring and stacking the cargo) manually, by using the lever or foot pedal. The operation is similar to that of the hydraulic system of the cargo transfer truck.
The stacker is equipped with a hydraulic unit, forklift, wheel supports with bearings, rear wheels with brakes. The material of wheels depends on the working conditions. They can be made from nylon, polyurethane or polyamide.
The manual hydraulic stacker of BLG series is simple and safe light construction model, and it is very manoeuvrable as well. The model is equipped with a mesh screen and wheels with a brake mechanism. Lifting height – up to 3 m.
